I am back from my birthday trip and i just wanted to let you know it was THE BEST birthday trip ever!!! Everything was perfect, from take off to landing. the property was beautiful, my room had a great view, the butlers were attentive and very nice and went out of their way to make me and Lisa feel special, the food, OMG, the best and the drinks weren't short stopping either!

I have worked with Peggy at Just Your Way Travel for 2 vacations. My first vacation she recommended a wonderful all inclusive resort for my 10 year wedding anniversary. Everything I had told her I would like at a resort Peggy made sure was available. I wanted excellent food, a swim out balcony and good entertainment. I also had asked if Peggy could try to get our swim out room in a "quiet area" due to most of the swim out rooms being located near the bar-pool and I wanted a quiet location. She could not guarantee this but she worked with the resort and made all my requests and our location was PERFECT!!! Due to the some issues at the resort (nothing to due with travel agency) I had talked to Peggy after the trip and she was very sympathetic and understanding of all my concerns. She kept constant communication with me while Fun Jet addressed the issues. Peggy was an incredible advocate for me and went above and beyond to make me happy and feel the issue was addressed and resolved. Again, NOT the fault of the travel agency. I was so happy with her and Just Your Way Travel I had Peggy book our next trip to Punta Cana, she again recommended a resort that had all the things I wanted for my trip. Great beach, nice room and fun people! We were leaving the day of a horrible snowstorm and I was up all night checking weather and air-travel, when I received an email from Peggy letting me know in case of flight cancellations she would be available to help with any problems and help with change of resort dates etc. I was so impressed that she reached out to me and was very pro-active. She was very reassuring everything would turn out ok even if changes needed to be made due to weather issues. She put my mind at ease, and again went above and beyond. I trust Peggy will always listen to what I want for my vacation and recommend great places and I value her opinion. More than that, she and Christine are always available to answer any questions and are very helpful, the customer service at Just Your Way Travel is excellent and the best. I will use them for all my future trips and have told many of my friends to use this travel agency!

There are so many words that I can use to express how I feel about your agency. I will use the word “impressive.” Although that word cannot adequately describe all of my experiences when dealing with Just your Way Travel it is the one that fits best. I am impressed with all of the little details that your agency pays attention to when booking a trip. Being a legal assistant, I understand the importance of that aspect. You never know what is truly going on behind the scenes unless you are privy to that. We have been dealing with Just Your Way Travel, formerly Janis Anne Travel, since 1995. Since the same people are still working there nothing has changed. We have sent other people there and they, like us, were very happy with the service. We once missed our flight which was our fault. We went to the office and everything was fixed in about 15 minutes. We highly recommend Just Your Way Travel.

Planning a vacation can be exciting, yet stressful at the same time. Just Your Way Travel has been extraordinary from the planning phase through booking our summer trips. To date, we have visited 3 locations in the Caribbean and every trip has been amazing with the help of Just Your Way Travel. In 2017, we were forced to make last minute adjustments to our travel plans because of Hurricane Irma. We were a bit nervous about having to make these changes days away from our departure date.
